This is a maternity cover, part time role for an established Business in Bingley.

You'll be working Part Time, 3 days or spread over 5. (21.75 hours per week)

To support the Buying Director in the management of supplier accounts. To provide all suppliers with accurate product specifications to ensure correct products are manufactured to our customers requirements. To support the sales team to ensure the businessis providing its customers with an excellent range of products to help retain existing customers and attract new ones.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To assist in maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
- To accurately maintain all supplier account records and internal information.
- To support the Buying Director with the administration of supplier costing, ensuring they are in line with initial quotes.
- To manage the overall product specification process to ensure the product provided meets customer requirements.
- To collate all new product information from suppliers to ensure that new products are reviewed and analysed for the possibility of presenting to the sales team.
- Data entry ensure CRM is accurate as well as invoice checking.
- To work collaboratively with Sales, QA, Stock and Accounts departments on pricing, product specifications and supply issues.
- Effectively communicate with other departmental teams, building positive working relationships and ensure relevant information is accurate and accessible.
- To communicate confidently with existing and potential suppliers in an efficient professional manner
- To carry out any other administrative support within the department when necessary
- Expected to seek self-development to consistently improve upon a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and the different qualities
- To manage individual workload through effective planning and organising of tasks to ensure all targets and deadlines are met and to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered to all users.

- A confident communicator, able to communicate at all levels.
- Strong numeracy skills, confident in analysing information and figures.
- Ability to manage and prioritise individual workload through effective planning.
- Good trend and brand awareness
- An active listener with an ability to develop trusting relationships with people.
- An experienced administrator with good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads under changing deadline pressure.
