As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Finance department and your responsibilities will include:

- Management and leadership of the finance function
- Working closely with the Management Accountant to deliver monthly management accounts including monthly reforecasting and written commentary
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Approving weekly payment runs and monthly sign off on payroll
- Mentoring, coaching, training and developing the finance team
- Review of all balance sheet control and reconciliations
- Liaising with Finance Business Partners regarding budgets
- Review, update and improve the current processes and controls
- Provide support to external auditors when required

To be considered for the position of Finance Manager, the following skills/experience are required:

- Experience in a senior finance role and managing a team
- Actively studying towards the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualifications with the desire to complete (study support is available)
- Comfortable with senior stakeholder management
- Intermediate - advanced Excel knowledge
