Full time 37.5hrs Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Starting from £10.42 per hour, salary will be reviewed following a successful probation period.

An experienced Administrator is required to provide support within a busy admin team for a mobility company in Fazakerley which is responsible for the installation /repair /maintenance of all mobility lifts/products and adaptations for both private customers and Local Authorities.

**Must** possess the following skills:

- Self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident in decision making and working on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills along with a compassionate nature as we are often dealing with vulnerable or elderly service users
- Must be proficient in Outlook/Excel spreadsheets i.e., formulas/data entry
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment

Retail duties to include:
- Responsible for serving Customers in the mobility shop, demonstrating and promoting products and processing till sales.
- Handling cash/card/cheque payments.
- Ordering/replenishing stock and dealing with Suppliers.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean showroom and facilities.

Administrative duties to include:
- Telephone clients to arrange appointments for service/repairs and installations
- Manage Engineer diaries/create and allocate jobs/maintain communications
- Print Engineer work sheets on a daily basis and process. Take any necessary follow up action and monitor/invoice accordingly
- Update calendars and excel spreadsheets, process monthly reports on KPI’s
- Process/monitor installations and adaptation requests from local authorities
- Liaise with Occupational Therapists, Surveyors and local authority throughout the installation process
- Liaise with third parties to request reports
- Provide quotes, record costings and issue invoice in a timely manner
- Feedback calls to each customer, record results on excel and process any follow up action
