BDS are recruiting for 2 call handlers at The Royal Victoria Infirmary hospital. We have a number of working options including days, nights and weekends.

Duties include

Monitor the helpdesk and proactively manage reactive and planned tasks through the hospital system.

Manage and produce reports

Input completed work orders and produce associated reports from the database.

Monitor outstanding work orders.

Previous experience in a call handler, customer service role is preferred and you will be available for an immediate start and be able to work flexibly on a rota.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.42-£13.37 per hour
