To do so, to an exceptional standard, we rely on our Customer Service (Reception based) team being _much more than a Reception team_, we require a first class, customer service and health solutions focused team.

You will be an experienced Receptionist & administrator within a Private Clinic setting who is:

- Currently delivering first class customer service
- Organised and efficient with strong time management skills
- A self-starter
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Friendly, welcoming and wholly professional
- Able to engage with patients in order that they would describe the experience as highly positive
- Articulate, numerate and commercial
- Interested in wellbeing and health solutions
- Pro-active - able to work with initiative
- Highly skilled at relationship building (with both patients and colleagues)
- Discreet and confidential

**You must have considerable experience in**
- Delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service
- Administratively concluding solutions proposed by clinicians for patients
- **Reception and Customer Service within a Private medical or allied medical clinic.**:

- Working effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrating alignment with Clinic aims and commercial targets
- Multi-tasking and reprioritising throughout each day
- Working with a highly qualified, clinical specialist team

**It would be great if you already have experience of**
- Working in a role where PA/Office Management has been part of your role
- HR administration
- Working in a multi-disciplinary clinic
- Working at a clinic that provides patient services at additional commercial locations

**Core Hours**:
2 mornings per week of 7 - 3 pm

3 afternoon/evening shifts from 12 - 8pm. (or 11-7 pm on Fridays)

1 in 3 Saturdays (8: 30 am -2pm) - total 40 hours per week

As the full-time Receptionist you will have the opportunity to progress into a reception lead role, joining the management team of the clinic. Ambition, reliability and flexibility are key aspects for this role.

**Salary**: circa £25,000-£28,000 (depending on experience)
