**Bank Pharmacy Receptionist**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacy Receptionist to join our Pharmacy team based at The London Clinic in Central London, W1G 6BW.

The Pharmacy department at The London Clinic comprises of number of areas which work together to provide effective patient services and best possible outcomes for our patients.

The London Clinic’s Pharmacy Department are a close-knit team with around 45 staff members. The Pharmacy department comprises of 9 core services: On Call, Dispensary Services, Distribution and Top Up Service, Procurement, Clinical Ward Pharmacy Services, Provision of Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), Aseptic/Technical Services, Clinical Governance and Education and Training.

We have extensive oncology services, including a purpose built chemotherapy aseptic compounding suite. As well as an automated medication dispensing system which supports decentralised medicine management in numerous wards.

**Job Profile**

As a Bank Pharmacy Receptionist you will provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our pharmacy.

Working as a Bank Pharmacy Receptionist is a highly flexible option which pays highly competitive hourly rates.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:30am -6pM/Flexible

**Key Duties**
- To provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our pharmacy.
- To provide administration support to the pharmacy department.
- To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the Clinic.
- To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a receptionist in a similar role i.e. private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
- English to GCSE Level
- Telecommunication knowledge
- Good PC Skills
