**Full time - Hybrid Working**

**Your Role and Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant**:

- Support and implement systems and processes which drive improvements.
- Provide efficient and effective administration services as directed and maintain Management Information Systems relating to the organisation, including the collation of monthly Board Packs and ad-hoc reporting.
- Extensive diary management, co-ordinating senior level meetings and agenda planning to ensure the timely submission of papers in preparation for meetings.
- Support senior level administration relating to different functions in the business including HR and Operations.
- Responsibility for project-based work as and when required by the Directors of AWW.

**Key Qualities we look for**:

- Experience as an Administrator or an Executive Assistant working at Senior Management or Executive level.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience of collating Senior Reports and varied management information is essential, as well as working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient skills in IT and record keeping.
- A full, valid, UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
