**DCBL** have several exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join an award winning, rapidly expanding organisation. We are looking to recruit several individuals as **Inbound Collection Agents** to provide an excellent telephone service and support the business by maximising collection opportunities.

Our agents are the main point of contact for individuals who have received a Debt Recovery letter from **DCBL**. Your responsibilities consist of taking payments, setting up payment arrangements and answering telephone queries.

**What’s on Offer?**
- Salary £20,000, moving to £22,000 after successful completion of probation (**OTE of £26,800**)
- Regular bonuses and incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling calls in a polite and professional manner
- Taking payments
- Negotiating suitable payment arrangements
- Adhering to client business parameters
- Answering queries using client systems and reviewing evidence
- Monitoring payment arrangements

**Skills Required**:

- A confident telephone manner when taking/making calls
- A good understanding of Microsoft office, such as Outlook and Word
- Good negotiation/objection handling skills
- Good timekeeping skills

**Desirable skills**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced office/call centre environment
- Debt Recovery knowledge
