**DCB Legal Ltd** is a legal practice specialising in debt recovery, civil & commercial litigation. As one of the largest issuers of County Court Claims in the UK and due to our continuing success, DCB Legal are looking to recruit several **Inbound Collections Agents** to support the continued growth of the business.

**Inbound Collections Agent **are the main point of inbound contact for customers who have received a Letter of Claim from **DCB Legal Ltd**. You will answer customer telephone queries by providing information regarding ongoing claims, take payments, and set up suitable payment arrangements.

Located at our newly refurbished Cheshire headquarters in Runcorn, you will be a key member of the telephone collections team and will strive to deliver an excellent service on behalf of our clients.

- Salary £20,000, increasing to £22,000 after successful completion of probation
- Target based bonus scheme (OTE of £25,000)

**Key Responsibilities of the Inbound Collections Agent**:

- Handle calls and queries appropriately, in a polite and professional manner
- Take payments over the telephone
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with debtors
- Answer debtor queries using Client systems
- Update status of accounts accordingly via Client systems
- Review debtor evidence in line with acceptable company standards
- Adhere to client business parameters
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements on every call

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent listener and communicator
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to affectively work in a team
- Be self-motivated and work well towards targets.
- Good PC Literacy skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good Negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office/call centre environment desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in debt recovery or payment management desirable but not essential as full training is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
