**The Role**

**As an Operational Administrator, you should have a solid data and operational background with strong understanding of business processes. Working experience with platforms like Google and Microsoft and an engaging and professional customer service approach are needed to help support our education and business customers.**
- **Manage and maintain company data**:

- **Maintain existing customer service metrics and report data as directed**:

- **A positive and consultative approach to helping clients**:

- **Process sales orders through the CRM and service platform**:

- **Coordinate interaction and workflow between project team members including third-party service providers**:

- **Contribute to maintaining a robust internal sales process and customer journey**:

- **General administrative support to department Heads**

**The Person**

**You have a passion for solving problems for others.**

**You will have at least three years of experience in customer service roles with a deep understanding of sales and data processing and proven project management skills. You can speak confidently over the phone and look to go the extra mile where possible. You are keen to learn new skills with a genuine motivation to help others. Organisation and efficiency are key attributes in this role.**

**Salary**: From £25,250.00 per year

Schedule:
