**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a busy fast paced pub management company. You must have the ability to work as a team and independently. Knowledge of working in the pub trade would be advantageous.

The role will be 37.5 hours Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 4pm

This role is multi-faceted and involves a mixture of support and administration activities as listed below

**Purpose of role**:
**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Day to day administration and office procedures
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Assist with queries from the public and site managers
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Diary management for the Director
- 1st point of call for area managers
- Manage, report & log all maintenance issues
- Keep on top of all compliance visits for sites
- Complete new tenancy contracts, business plans & complete takeover and vacating checklists and paperwork
- Keep inventory lists updated for each site & storage unit
- Open new accounts and maintenance contracts
- Keep manager information updated
- Update & start new websites for each site
- Daily social media updates for all sites
- Arrange new utility contracts
- Monthly meter reads
- 6/12 monthly price increases for each site
- Tax/MOT/Insure all company vehicles
- Research potential new sites
- Advertise vacancies & send appropriate CVs onto area managers & director
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
