**Voluntary Health Coach and Dietician**

**Position: Voluntary Health Coach and Dietician**

**Location: Blossom Community Centre**

Are you passionate about promoting health and well-being within a diverse community? The Blossom Community Centre is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Voluntary Health Coach and Dietician to lead light exercises, community walks, and provide personalized diet plans for both men and women separately.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implement Exercise Programs**: Develop and lead light exercise sessions tailored to the specific needs and fitness levels of the community members. Ensure inclusivity and diversity in exercise routines.
- **Organize Community Walks**: Coordinate and lead regular community walks, fostering a sense of unity and promoting physical activity within the community.
- **Provide Personalized Diet Plans**: Offer individualized diet plans considering diverse dietary needs, cultural preferences, and health goals for both men and women.
- **Conduct Health Workshops**: Organize educational workshops on health, nutrition, and overall well-being to empower community members with knowledge to make informed lifestyle choices.
- **Collaborate with Community Leaders**: Work closely with community leaders to understand specific health concerns and incorporate community feedback into program development.
- **Maintain Documentation**: Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and any relevant information to track the impact of the health and well-being programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Health Coach or Dietician.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of diverse cultural dietary needs and preferences.
- Ability to develop inclusive and engaging exercise routines.
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
- Experience in community health promotion is a plus.

**Time Commitment**:
This is a voluntary position with a flexible time commitment, expected to be approximately 2-4 per week. The Blossom Community Centre appreciates the commitment of our volunteers and will work with your schedule.
