**Role Overview**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Dietician to join our team. A key leadership role within Cromwell Hospital to lead the delivery and development of our first class, comprehensive, Dietetic Services. You will lead a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking department who provide patient centred approach to care for both inpatients and outpatients.
To lead in the provision and specialist clinical management of dietetic services, achieving revenue targets and setting accurate budgets. Ensuring services are clinically supported, with evidence-based treatment in line with best practice.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop and implement policies and protocols within the hospital.
- Develop, enhance, and grow services, seek new opportunities, and deliver first class dietetic services to patients, customer, and key stakeholders.
- To provide clinical support / cover as necessary, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to contribute to enhanced dietetic specialist services.
- Lead robust governance, audit, and risk management for the service.
- Identify and implement service improvements and market the department to promote service and new referrals.
**What you'll bring**:
- Master's or equivalent in Dietetics
- Member of HCPC
- Clinical dietetic background within ward-based work
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Paediatrics Experience (desirable)
- Experience of managing a budget (desirable)
- British Association of Dietetics Management/Leadership (desirable)
