**Reset Health**

We are a physician-led, technology-enabled specialist in chronic health conditions management. We developed our own proprietary digital platform - Roczen, to support our patients via an “online first” approach.

Since 2020, we have launched our highly successful metabolic health programme to reverse type 2 diabetes and obesity for individuals, employers, and governments. Our evidence-based metabolic programmes are based upon the concepts of fasting, time-restricted eating (TRE) and a modified carbohydrate diet, in addition to nutritional and exercise guidance to provide personalised care plans for our patients. Our Roczen programme has recently been recommended by NICE as a digital technology approved to assist with NHS delivery of specialist weight management services.

Our holistic medical delivery model comprises Doctors, Nurses, Dietitians, and Behaviour Change Experts. This is supported by our unique mentoring programme, where patients who have achieved their health goals through our programmes are trained to support others in their health journeys, whilst being rewarded at the same time.
