Data Entry Administrator

£21k - £23.5k

JobSpot Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join a successful and dynamic company based in Crewe.

**Duties will include**:

- Updating accounts to ensure personal information is kept up to date. This includes managing the updated mailboxes and liaising with customers once updates are actioned.
- Document checks
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Liaise with internal departments
- General administrative duties
- Monthly reporting using advanced excel skills

**Skills and experience**:

- High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Adaptability/flexibility and the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Ability to work under varying workloads and pressures
- Positive approach and can-do attitude.

Full training is provided and ongoing product knowledge is supplied.
