Part Time Administrator

**PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR - CREWE - £11.00 - £12.00 per hours dependent on experience**
We are working with an established Accountancy Practice based and Crewe. We are looking to recruit an experienced Part-Time Administrator to join the company. Working approx. 16 hours per week dependent on your requirements but flexibility is required when cover is required for holidays.
The company is small but has major growth plans, so this is a really exciting time to be getting on board.
**PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Opening post
- Filing
- Scanning
- Setting up and maintaining Books in system
- Maintaining client database
- Occasional letter writing & assisting other colleagues
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Possibly involved in some payroll activity but full training will be given
**PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Previous experience working in a varied administration role is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Confidentiality
- Excellent organisation skills
- Flexible
- Fantastic communication skills
- Great sense of humour helps and must be able to multitask and give the office dog the odd ear scratch
**PACKAGE**:
- Casual dress
- Flexible to hours worked but Monday to Friday approx. 16 hours between 8.30am-5.30pm
