Based within the Emergency Operations Centres, The Operations Support Desk (OSD) Advisor is responsible for providing first line support on all matters associated with Trust wide Logistics including vehicle breakdowns, clinical technology issues and estate faults.

The OSD Advisor is responsible for ensuring all incidents are recorded accurately and escalated to the most appropriate service provider for resolution.

The OSD Advisor reports directly to the EOC Duty Officer and is responsible for providing regular operational updates on vehicle, equipment and crew downtime.

The role is 24/7 365 days a year and we work shifts to achieve this.
