**Job Description - Accounts Administrator**:
A great opportunity has arisen for a highly organised individual to join the Finance team at our Great Yarmouth office reporting to the Finance Manager

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role working as part of a busy finance team and be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

**Salary**: dependent on experience

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Daily posting and allocation of customer cash receipts
- Daily reconciliation of the bank statement to the nominal ledger
- Raising sales invoices / credit notes for sales, technical reports, freight costs, equipment returns, personnel recharges and adhoc requests
- Dealing with customer queries, invoice queries and requests for copy invoices in an effective and timely manner
- Managing the Company debt ledger to credit terms including weekly reporting to the Senior Management Team
- New Customer account set including credit checks.

**Requirements of Role**:

- Previous experience of working in a small busy finance team essential
- Experience of Sage 200 / Navision (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Good excel skills
- Previous credit control experience essential
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self starter with excellent attention to detail
