**What is the role?**

Manchester City Council are now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Lead to oversee the day-to-day commercial operations within their Town Hall Complex.

This complex includes the refurbished Town Hall building as well as the Town Hall Extension and Manchester Central Library.

Your main focus in this role will be to lead the commercial development of this estate to generate additional income streams.

**What are the key priorities?**
- Oversee and develop commercial activities across the Complex, including space, visitors, and commercial offerings.
- Utilise assets to generate additional income and deliver improvements to current commercial arrangements, contracts, and trading services.
- Lead on the creation of the Council’s ‘Our Town Hall’ business plan and provide clarity on cost and financial decisions.
