The Grammar School at Leeds (GSAL) is seeking an Assistant Estates Operative to join our dedicated Estates Team. As an Assistant Estates Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of our school site while providing outstanding customer service.

Your main focus is ensuring school Health and Safety compliance. This involves activities such as monthly inspections, first aid kit maintenance, and utilities meter readings. You'll also play a role in providing excellent customer service across the school and assisting with event setups. Additionally, you'll be a key player in traffic management, visitor car parking, and site security, ensuring the safety of everyone at school. This role involves some physical activity and some hours based outdoors.
