We are currently seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to become a vital part of our Estate Management Division on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Operations Manager, you will oversee the effective management of a diverse portfolio of properties in the Leeds and Sheffield regions.

Your role will involve a blend of remote work, office presence, and site visits, where you will manage the complete lifecycle of the properties. This includes:

  • Establishing annual budgets
  • Finalizing year-end financial statements
  • Coordinating major renovation projects and contractor management

With a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you will handle all inquiries from residents and clients, ensuring excellent client relations and participating in resident meetings.

Additionally, you will perform regular property inspections to guarantee compliance with health and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in property management who excels at building professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A keen attention to detail, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in our IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with residents and clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
  • Preferably, an IRPM qualification.
