About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency, William James Recruitment, as a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions.

The agency is recognized for providing expert advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including some of the world's largest multinationals. Due to the growth and expansion of the agency's Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with qualified solicitors with 4-7 years of experience wanting to develop and thrive in a fast-paced, international-focused environment.

The established International real estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in industry reports, cover real estate services across various markets, including consumer, energy, and general property matters.

About the Candidate

  • Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 4-7 years post-qualification experience from a national/international firm
  • Experience of supervising/managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
  • A passion for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
