About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our Transactional Real Estate team as a Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, providing exceptional client service and developing the skills of junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise junior lawyers on a variety of market-leading deals in commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing timely and quality advice while managing expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to execute large-scale, high-value client matters to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement effective supervision strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior lawyers.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's legal skill set and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate matters.
  • Strong skills in teaching, research, and drafting clear and legally effective documents.
  • Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Enthusiasm for the development of both your and the team's legal skill set and continuous learning.
  • Ability to remain calm and optimistic in time-sensitive situations or under pressure.
