**Job Summary**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Apprentice **Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Dronfield.
In this newly developed role, you will learn business-to-business sales strategies and techniques to be responsible for identifying and optimising business opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls.
- Learn to provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to our products and services
- Learn how to report activity on the CRM system
- Follow up on leads to retain and grow customer accounts and identify new business by contacting prospective customers
- Learn how to provide support in hire desk duties

**About You**

You will be required to attend college for 18 months and achieve a L4 Sales Executive qualification.
- You will have good communication skills.
- You will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
GCSE’s in English, Maths and ICT at grade 4 (or equivalent) or above are desirable; however, not essential as Functional Skills are offered as part of the Apprenticeship Framework.
