An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Community Mental Health Nurse/Occupational Therapist or Social Worker at the Hastings and Rother Assessment & Treatment Service (ATS), based at Cavendish House. Hastings & Rother Assessment and Treatment Service is a multi-disciplinary service for adults with complex mental health problems situated in the heart of Hastings.
This is a new role and you will be key in developing consistent and inclusive processes for transfer and liaison pathways within our duty team. You will also work closely with our Triage Lead, Team Leads and Dual Diagnosis Senior Nurse Practitioner in working with partner services and teams to strengthen and develop clear transfer and support pathways.
You must have a warm and friendly disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident, motivated and flexible and be able to show initiative in an environment which is often busy, rewarding and dynamic and be able to work as part of a varied multidisciplinary team.
