Recovery Partner - Mental Injury Role

The Accident Compensation Corporation is seeking a skilled Recovery Partner to join our team in Hastings, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

This role plays a vital part in delivering specialized services to vulnerable and sensitive clients who have experienced mental injury due to sexual violence and complex mental and physical injuries.

As a Recovery Partner, you will work collaboratively with internal and external medical practitioners, utilizing a client-led approach to provide support and guidance to those in need.

The role is office-based, with primary communication with external stakeholders and clients taking place over the phone, with occasional face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with providers to support complex client needs
  • Facilitate collaborative relationships with clients and health sector providers
  • Indicative salary ~ $77,502 + $6,975 (9%) superannuation
