**Job Summary**:
Elizabeth School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus Coordinator to join our team at our Canary Wharf Campus. The Campus coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring that all activities run smoothly, and safe, and secure working environment for all staff, students, and visitors. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for education and a commitment to student success.

They will be the face of customer service, solve everyday problems, deal with emergency situations and liaise with building management.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Campus Coordinator takes overall responsibility for the setting up and running of the campus in line with campus guidelines.
- They act as the campus safeguarding leads, first aider, fire marshal and responsible for facilities management, and administrative tasks.
- To oversee and maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment for all staff, students, and visitors.
- Ensure the safety of all students, staff, and visitors to the study centre and deal with day-today problems by implementing workable solutions.
- Maintaining the Fire Safety Logbook, complete all periodical fire safety tests and checks and organize fire safety drills and trainings.
- Complete maintenance tasks both planned and reactive in a timely fashion or to a schedule as set out according to the maintenance schedule.
- Monitor contractors on site including those without DBS checks to ensure safe systems of work and safe procedures are being adhered to and that health & safety requirements are satisfied
- Work closely with the Senior management to develop and implement campus-wide policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, including student orientations, open houses, exams and information sessions.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement programs that enhance the student experience.
- Manage campus budgets and resources, ensuring that expenses are within budget and in compliance with school policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, visitors, faculty, and staff.
- Flexibility to work some weekend or late hours (not over-time) if required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education.
- 2-3 years of experience in campus administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of academic and student support services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid work rights where relevant
