JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall Purpose
The Campus Engagement Coordinator (CEC) serves as the primary point of contact at the Regent College London Campus. Positioned at the Reception Desk, the CEC is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to all students, staff, and visitors.
The CEC plays a vital role within the HubX framework, ensuring that every student receives comprehensive support throughout their academic journey. Collaborating closely with colleagues such as Customer Service Officers, Finance Service Officers, Academic Service Officers, Registry Officers, and Attendance Officers, the CEC guarantees that students are met with assistance tailored to their needs. The CEC is trained thoroughly to function effectively within their designated HubX team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students and staff on various topics, both in person and via email.
- Actively direct students to appropriate services available at Regent College.
- Perform reception duties and administrative tasks, including managing deliveries, conducting site tours, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications for administrative functions.
- Assist the Assistant Campus Manager and Campus Manager in the daily operational management of the site, including opening procedures, site inspections, and reporting maintenance needs to the Facilities Team.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across the campus.
- Collaborate effectively with the HubX team to support students, addressing individual and collective needs.
- Document student-related notes accurately and communicate any arising issues to the HubX team.
- Follow up on student concerns to ensure resolution and positive outcomes.
- Facilitate smooth daily operations by maintaining effective communication within the department and with other teams.
- Conduct routine tasks such as preparing attendance registers, responding to inquiries, checking facility conditions, and arranging classroom setups.
- Oversee the upkeep of the campus, coordinating necessary repairs with the Facilities team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for campus inquiries, assisting students and managing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Manager and Head of Operations in campus management.
- Monitor daily class schedules and follow up with instructors as needed.
- Ensure all academic staff and students have access to required resources before classes commence.
- Coordinate with school management to guarantee the provision of teaching and assessment resources, including facility checks and room bookings.

Person Specification
Experience & Personal Qualities
- Essential: Customer service experience; enthusiastic and quick to learn; flexibility to travel within London.
- Desirable: Experience in further education (FE) or higher education (HE) settings.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Power Automate.
