AMS are hiring for Senior Campus Coordinator for an Investment Banking Client, who will be responsible for hiring into high volume campus programmes and delivering a best-in-class coordination and administration service to clients in line with agreed service levels, ensuring operational excellence at every stage of the process.

**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**

**Campus coordination**
- You’ll assist the Manager in coordinating activities and allocate workload across an onsite/offshore solution working closely with your client Recruiters
- You’ll own the coordination for the hiring campaigns; plan activity to meet key milestone dates (e.g. Superday or assessment centre dates; start dates); ensure resource planning is accurately mapped; set up daily targets, milestones, project plans
- You’ll track progress of the campaigns, pre-empting possible risks and escalating to instigate actions to resolve challenges
- You’ll ensure regular communication with the team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity

**Stakeholder and team engagement**
- You’ll develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, strategy, competitors and the campus market
- You’ll build strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and account stakeholders as well as within the team
- You’ll collaborate on and complete accurate management information and reports including data sets to keep stakeholders continually apprised and updated on the relevant processes
- You’ll manage day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with to resolution
- You’ll report progress on weekly or monthly basis, as requested (MI reporting, KPI, monthly dashboards)

**Administration**
- You’ll manage various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process, including: test or referral management; ad hoc reporting; process review

**Team and Management Support**
- You’ll participate in projects outside of the direct team
- You’ll support AMS wide initiatives and build networks within AMS
- You’ll share opportunities for scope expansion with management, flag scope creep
- You’ll identify and share with relevant internal stakeholders’ compliance risks in line with the overall AMS Risk Management Framework

**What do I need to succeed in this role?**

**_ Must haves:_**
- Prior/current experience in an Early Careers and Campus Recruitment Admin role
- Experience in team coordination, setting daily targets, monitoring KPIs and SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and are proactive, organised, responsive and resourceful
- Excellent team player with the ability to coordinate the workload of other team members where required
- Client-focused with outstanding judgment and excellent attention to detail
- You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines and keeping the client and team updated
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases
- You’re able to conduct process reviews and make suggestions for continuous improvement
- You can perform on-the-job training and act as a buddy/mentor to new team members
- You can work on and suggest a resolution to a complex issue connected to the process
