What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Patient Safety & Risk Specialist to join our Regulatory Team.

This is a Permanent role with the following shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

What will your duties include?- To be responsible for developing and implementing CCL-wide investigation processes and documentation to ensure that investigations are carried out consistently and that cross-institute analysis and learning can be carried out.- To be responsible for directing investigating and learning response leads and Patient Safety Leads to produce a robust final report and safety improvement plans that demonstrates the use of SEIPs methodology and fulfil the National Patient Safety Strategy requirements.- To lead on the principles of openness and transparency in investigations and learning responses including having responsibility for meeting statutory obligations in relation to Duty of Candour within the wider organisation.- To lead and coordinate the CCL Patient Safety & Experience group meetings and Patient Safety Incident Review Panels.- To manage organisational Risk

What we need from you?- Demonstrable track-record over multiple roles (or equivalent experience) in a similar environment - Essential.- Experience of continuous improvement projects, efficiency, and audits - Essential.- Experience with working in a regulated environment, specifically CQC - Essential.- Demonstrable and creditable experience working in a Healthcare environment, specifically Acute and/or Surgical environments.- Demonstrable and creditable experience working with and establishing, maintaining and generating reports from a database - Essential.- Demonstrable and creditable knowledge of audit process and medical terminology - Essential.- Experience of using hospital systems, for example HISS, Patient Centre, Nervecentre and Ormis, EPIC, Datix, Radar - Essential.
