HR Business Partner
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our client based in Windsor as maternity cover.
The successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

- Human Resource governance associated to employment records for the team
- Acting as initial point of contact for employee relations matters across the business
- Owning the daily, weekly, monthly employee communication cycle
- Acting as the coordinator for the monthly payroll, in collaboration with the payroll consultant and payroll providers
- Developing and embedding learning solutions for employees to enhance performance and supporting personal and career development
- Being the point of contact and support on the development of Health & Wellbeing initiatives
- Managing resource requirements through the coordination of the Monthly Remuneration Committee, ensuring that internal and external benchmarking are completed
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for all new joiners

The HR Business Partner will have:

- Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective team player
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work to deadlines
- Capability of working autonomously and as part of a team
- A considered approach to problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and recommend solutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
