**Property Manager (Work 3 days from home) £27,000 - £30,000**

Edmund & Evans are proud to have been instructed to find an experienced property manager to join a very successful estate agency in Theydon Bois.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with reactive maintenance ensuring all maintenance items are logged, followed up with, completed, and invoices signed off
- Ensure all properties are compliant with gas and electrical safety requirements
- Manage utility accounts and suppliers to ensure the most competitive tariffs are achieved
- Liaise with landlords and tenants as and when needed to address queries and concerns, always offering a high level of service
- Keep contractor diary updated informing in-house staff in advance
- Carry out regular site inspections of the portfolio
- Ensure contractor's works are performed to the required standard and within the time frame and budget agreed
- Ensure all contractors have relevant insurance and correct records are kept prior to starting works
- The role will also include lettings progression for all new let tenancies.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Experience with Microsoft Software (MS word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and efficient telephone manner. High standards of professionalism are required when dealing with Clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under sustained pressure.
- Must be organised and willing to be able to prioritise.

**Package**:

- Salary TBC depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (with the option to work from home 3 days a week)
- Pension Scheme
- There is also an option for monetary incentives based on performance, growth and fee increases within the portfolio
