Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our residential services team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth process execution.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in property management or lettings, with a proven track record of success in a senior or managerial role.

This role combines the responsibilities of property management and lettings, offering a unique opportunity for growth and development. You will work closely with our directors to drive business growth and develop our residential services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant & Landlord Relations: Manage all property-related queries, including maintenance and accounting matters.
  • Rent Collections & Payments: Oversee timely rent and service charge collections, as well as landlord payments.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, conduct property inspections, handle deposit deductions, and maintain high standards.
  • Commercial Lettings: Place property adverts, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals for our commercial portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Act as line manager for a small team, monitoring performance and ensuring optimal efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in Property Management/Lettings is essential, with a track record of success in a senior or managerial role.
  • Own Car: Access to your own vehicle is crucial for this role.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and strong spreadsheet literacy
  • Basic accounting, record keeping, and familiarity with legal documentation
  • Social media savvy in a business context is a plus
