Cornwallis Care Services Ltd are recruiting an Office Administrator to be based at our Head Office in St Ives. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team. The role will include working closely with the following departments: Sales ledger, Purchase Ledger, Accounts, and the individual Home Administrators, to ensure a smooth operation by providing excellent admin and service support.

**Main responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- General office administration, answering calls, filing, managing post.
- Responsible for the company compliance records for each home e.g. the logging of Fire Certificates, Lift servicing and Fire Extinguisher servicing
- Purchase and Sales Support - e.g. data inputting, supplier statement reconciliations, cash postings and allocations on Sage, matching delivery notes received to supplier invoices.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Great communication skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Desirable, minimum of 2 years experience in an admin or finance role
- Competent in MS Office / Software. Experience in the use of Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage.
- Desirable, experience using Planergy
- Organised with a flexible approach
- Needs to be able to work independently and as part of a team
