As a sales consultant, you will be the first interaction for many prospective customers looking for a tech-led solution to their challenges. As a driven, confident and resilient sales professional, you will take accountability for nurturing your leads, building your pipelines and exceeding your targets month on month. In return, we have a brilliant commission rate (with no upper limit), so your earning potential is as good as your sales ability. **What will you do?**

Sales are where the action is You will
- Sell the benefits of our products - no cold calling
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
- Deliver awesome service

**What do you need to apply?**
- Direct sales experience, ideally in a telesales environment
- A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Outstanding communication skills, with a great phone manner
- The drive to meet and exceed your set KPIs
- Resilience and the ability to have challenging conversations and overcome objections
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Phone-based sales experience
- Previous experience exceeding targets/KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with customers
- Being tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current tech/software products

**What are the next steps?**

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
