**MarmaladeJam Gardening are a small busy gardening company based in south-east London working in high specification gardens all over London. We are seeking a confident organised person to support our Accounts & Office Manager.**

The role might suit someone looking to move to part time work. MarmaladeJam are a small and friendly company and are open to flexibility of hours.

The role:

- Setting up customers' accounts and processing sales invoices
- Setting up suppliers' accounts and processing purchase invoices
- Posting bank transactions to include bank reconciliations on a timely basis
- Processing & overseeing Petty Cash and reconciling on a timely basis
- Preparing the Companies VAT Returns based on computerised data and ensuring submission in accordance with deadlines
- Invoicing regular clients on a monthly basis
- Preparing and maintaining financial reports when required
- Backing up the accounts data on a regular basis
- Tracking missing invoices from suppliers
- Payment investigation
- Collecting, sorting and processing visit records
- General admin tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Camberwell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- SAGE accounting online: 1 year (required)
