Bridge Contract Interiors is a nationwide business supplying and installing soft furnishings, including curtains and blinds, to a wide range of commercial residences, from Hospitals to Hotels. We are looking for an experienced full time Sales Administrator to join our highly committed team based at our head office in Chippenham.

An strong interest in interior furnishings is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Account Management - provide a high-level of customer service - handle all inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries and complaints, after sales support.
- Quoting - preparing quotes accurately and on time, sending quotes to customer and follow up quotes via telephone. Excel skills are essential.
- Customer advice, offering customers advice on best window dressings for their situation, whether hotel, student accomodation or care homes.
- Telesales - lead generation, upselling, offering new or additional products.
- Handover to Operations - ensure ops have all the information they need to fulfil the order.
- Oversee orders through to completion, and ensure customer experience is the very best start to finish.
- Promote teamwork and co-operation - sharing responsibility, assisting team members, participating in team meetings.

**Person Specification**
- At least 5 years experience in similar role.
- Proven ability in driving the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Friendly and outgoing personality - Customer Orientated.
- Self-Motivated and committed to solving problems.
- Ability to plan and organise to achieve results.
- Values and morals in line with Company Culture.
- Experience in SME and working with Senior Management.
- Working knowledge of integrated CRM and ERP systems.

Office based role.

Bonus Scheme in place for all employees.

Full Time - 40 hours per week although we would be willing to discuss a shorter working week.

Wage range £26K - £32K annually depending on experience

The core office hours are 8:00 to 16:30 with half an hour for lunch.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
