We are looking for an energetic and compassionate International Recruitment Advisor to work in a busy and supportive International Recruitment Team.

The role is fundamental to the recruitment and effective onboarding of internationally educated staff. It is a rewarding and diverse role and you will be joining a team of recruiters who are committed to providing the best experience to our overseas recruits.

This post is ideal for an individual with a strong administrative background who thrives in a team environment. You will also have excellent IT skills, and strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills and be able to react to ever changing demands in order to deliver against deadlines.

You will take responsibility for the end to end delivery of recruitment and administration within the international recruitment team, to ensure the provision of recruitment is comprehensive, consistent and of a high quality. You will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality service, by being able to work calmly and with precision for a range of activities such as recruitment advertising, interview management, full compliance and overseas travel to the UK.

BSW ICB have adopted agile working so this means the successful applicant will predominately be working from home but may be requested to work in any one of the ICB’s office bases across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will also have a contractual base within the BSW ICB office where your team is based.

To record and regularly update the Head of International Recruitment of workload and workflow for each respective area.

The postholder will keep managers updated on progress of their International Recruitment throughout the process.

To provide a high quality, responsive operational HR Service at organisational level to Clinical Directors, Directorate Managers, Head of services and staff.

To ensure that all paperwork and data input are completed promptly and accurately, including information relating to pay and changes to individuals staff member’s terms and conditions of employment.

To manage Trac home screen of all recruitment activities and maintain Trust service level agreements, pro-actively seeking to complete pre-employment checks within targeted time scales.

Ensure regular communication is maintained with recruiting managers at each stage of the recruitment process.

Check and confirm professional registrations online for all professionally aligned posts.

To co-ordinate the day-to-day organisation and management of the Transactional function. To co-ordinate activities relating to international recruitment with NHS trusts within BSW ICB and their International recruitment teams, International recruitment managers.
