**Job Overview**:
As the Health & Safety Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Health & Safety and Site Inspectors while overseeing the Health & Safety for the wider business. Your primary duties will include maintaining records, creating reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and company polices and documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is safe and implementing improvements to our current processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- KPI and POWRA statistic reports
- Documenting Site Manager inspections
- Collaborating with departments on H&S updates and information
- Upkeep of Learning From Events (LFE) database - Accident, Incidents and Near Misses
- Coordination of our H&S booking sheet
- Checking and presenting H&S monthly communications
- Reviewing H&S documentation for non-compliances
- Monthly H&S Inspections - Fire provisions and office H&S
- Office Inductions
- Monitoring DSE Assessments

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication
- Excellent IT Skills - Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
