**Job Summary/Job Purpose**:
The administrator post will work closely with the multidisciplinary team including Primary and Community care, Arrhythmia Nurses, Consultant Cardiologist’s, secretarial and diagnostic team to deliver a comprehensive support service for patients requiring diagnostics, diagnosis and reviews for Arrhythmia

We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to support the Arrhythmia service within the Cardiac Services Directorate based at Morriston Hospital through an exciting period of transformation and modernisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our arrhythmia Nurses and Consultant Cardiologists to deliver a comprehensive support service for patients and relatives diagnosed with arrhythmia.

The main duties will include some typing of reports, minutes and other correspondence, making clinic appointments, pulling medical notes for clinic and ad hoc reviews, maintaining stationery levels and answering telephone enquiries

The post holder is expected to deal with all administrative duties related to this service. These will include dealing with telephone calls, typing clinic letters, booking clinic appointments / clinic outcomes, pulling medical notes and inputting arrhythmia audit data.
