Job Title: Administrator Helpline Assistant

Location: Newport

**Salary**: £21,500 per annum + benefits

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for an Administrator to join their finance client in a helpdesk role. The role is full time and to be based in Newport, although some Hybrid working may be possible.

Skill set:

- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Attention to detail and Numerical reasoning
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- IT skills - in particular excel, outlook, Word
- Integrity
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience working within pensions administration, insurance, IFA, employment taxes, Financial Services, payroll, or similar background is beneficial but not essential

Competencies:

- Processing data through large excel spreadsheets
- Liaise on a regular basis with clients and payroll departments
- Undertake compliance checks and advise clients of inaccuracies providing guidance as appropriate
- Run, filter, sort and validate reports
- Work with Partners who are remote to the main office requiring taking careful instructions over the phone
