Planning Application Administrator

REDUCE LIMITED is a new renewable energy consultancy providing planning advice, technical design and project management support to landowners looking to invest in a renewable energy project. The company also supports contractors that need additional expertise with their current and future projects.
REDUCE LIMITED was formed in May 2019 by Graham Welchman-Taylor and has continued to grow steadily with a good customer base and a good volume of repeat clients.
This poses an exciting opportunity for an individual to get involved in a new business at the early stages of development.
Prior experience of renewable energy projects is not essential but would be beneficial.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Preparing all paperwork for submission and submitting to the relevant planning department.
- Scheduling site visits with the client and planning department
- Regular communication with clients for progress updates
- Communicating planning requirements to technical design
- Dealing with queries that come back from planning and working to a resolution.
- Managing and developing the company document library
**Qualifications Needed**:
- Experienced in project management.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
