**Hybrid working - Expected to work 2 to 3 days in Slough, but will need to be agreed with what the area of work and service requires.**

The purpose of the role is to support delivery of excellent housing management services to our customers to the highest possible standards ensuring that operational performance is high.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver against agreed project objectives with regular progress reports.
- Support any of the housing teams in providing housing management services, where required.
- Maintain the highest standards of personal and professional behaviour in keeping with the profile of the role inside and outside the organisation.
- Support housing management projects.

**Must have a valid UK driver’s licence and have access to own means of transport.**

**Qualifications**:

- 3 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
- A-Level or equivalent or a relevant housing qualification at entry level.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Significant experience of working in housing related role.
- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of thinking strategically in dealing with Housing Management issues.
- Experience of working creatively with partners and other agencies, community and voluntary groups.
- Awareness of legislation, policy and best practice relating to housing management, rent arrears management and anti-social behaviour.
- Knowledge of legal enforcement proceedings via the County Court.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
