**Job Title**:Admin Team Lead

**Trust Location**:Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- To provide effective secretarial support to the team including diary management, phone calls, post and referrals management, client appointments and typing correspondence, producing documents to a high standard, using Trust templates in line with Trustguidelines.
- To arrange, prepare the agenda for and take the minutes of team meetings and other meetings as directed.
- To support the administrative process for the recruitment of staff.
- In conjunction with the Business Manager, organise and co-ordinate staff training.
- To maintain records of absence/leave for the team.

**You'll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
