**Cafe Supervisor**

Origin8 Deli Cafes are looking for an experienced cafe/cook supervisor for a busy cafe in Peterborough Nene Valley Railway Station. This position will suit a self motivated, outgoing individual with an interest in food.

Your duties will include:
Supervising a small team at weekends

Ability to work alone

Food preparation

Operating the till, and balancing it on a daily basis

Keeping accurate time sheets daily

Ordering of supplies

Checking that orders have been correctly delivered

Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner

Cleaning the kitchen in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and Guidance

Keeping cleaning and temperature records

Reporting maintenance issues to the Operations Manager

Ensuring that any risk assessments are complied with

**Origin8 will provide full training**

Hours are 9am-4pm Wednesday-Friday 9am-4.30pm Saturday-Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11- £12.00 per hour
