We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and further develop your skills.
As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the firm.
This includes but isn’t limited to:
- Maintaining employee records through our case management programme evalu-8 ;
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and written company policies ;
- Assisting our Talent Advisor with recruitment and onboarding processes ;
- Managing employee benefit queries and other ad hoc al HR enquiries.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Whilst previous experience within HR is desirable, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
We’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- Relevant education background e.g., You may be a recent HR graduate or have completed your CIPD Level 3 or above and looking to gain some more experience.
- Previous administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Multitasking and working to deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, curious and keen to develop
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From £23,244.00 per year
