Surecare Calderdale and Kirklees is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes. We have various shifts available, including 7am till 3pm, 3pm till 10pm, full days, and weekends only, allowing for flexible working arrangements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care duties: You will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs. This may include assistance with bathing, showering, oral care, and other personal care tasks.
- Administering medication: Following proper protocols and training, you will support clients with their medication management, ensuring they receive the correct dosage at the scheduled times.
- Manual handling and using equipment where required: You will receive training on proper manual handling techniques and may need to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the use of specialized equipment.
- Promoting customer health and well-being: Your role will involve enabling clients to live their lives to the fullest by encouraging independence, providing companionship, and supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Traveling to clients' homes: As a Home Care Assistant, you will travel to clients' residences to provide care and support. Therefore, having a Full Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Full Driving Licence and Car: You must possess a valid Full Driving Licence and have access to a reliable car for transportation between client locations.
