Driver Resource Planner

Sheffield, United Kingdom Courier Logistics Ltd Full time

To plan the local multidrop delivery routes for the following day ensuring that any time requirements are met, that space, weight and drivers hours are adhered to, and that the collections schedules are achievable.

To monitor the delivery workload, dealing with any potential issues ahead of time to facilitate 100% success rate on all deliveries, and allocate additional collections as required.

To monitor driver performance and report to the management team on any issues potentially affecting the success rate of the operation.

To build meaningful relationships with the right contacts across our customer base, and to advise them ahead of any delays or potential issues.

To liaise effectively with the network and other depots on potential delays or issues.

To liaise with other departments across the business to ensure whole team success.

To man the driver line at all times.

To assist the customer services team as required.

Other duties as and when required by the business.
- **Shift patterns will alternate weekly between 08.00-16.30 and 13.30-22.00**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,474.00-£36,088.00 per year
