**Who We’re Looking For**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll focus on providing a range of business support and administration duties. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
**Business Support**
- Attend sales and client meetings, capturing discussion points, recording actions on CRM, reporting their progress and completion
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, capturing discussion points and writing up notes to support the scheduling of product development
- Maintain our product issue tracker, support the prioritisation of daily tasks, as well as engaging with team members to ensure actions are completed
- Coordinate, prepare and produce management reports and presentations
- Provide lead generation support including managing and developing new client leads
- Report on the conversion of leads to demos, schedule client demos including updating our CRM
- Track Clients usage of the Membership Platform, producing reports on client issues, retention, platform usage and competitor insight
- Writing and review of quotations, proposals, contracts and supporting the writing of grant and tender proposals
- Assist with the preparation of website content and digital marketing including social media
- Administrative Support
- Provide confidential administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team on a range of matters including recruitment administration, diary management and travel booking
- Maintain and edit company documentation and GDPR compliance
- Assist with the issuing and tracking of contracts
- HR support including confidential note taking, reporting, signposting to policies and resources
- General office duties including office lease renewal, managing contractors/repairs, asset management, workplace planning as well as Health and Safety compliance

**What skills you will have**
- Be proactive and be able to work on your own initiative
- Previously delivered business support for a digital business
- 2+ years’ experience working amongst a customer-facing, digital business/organisation
- Direct experience of working with a senior leadership team
- Adaptable to engage and work out-with normal working hours as demand dictates
- Enthusiastic with the ability to engage with customers and team members
- Self-confident and motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to proof-read documents
- Methodical, paying attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- A good graduate degree or work experience in an online digital business
- Right to live and work in the UK
