The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Business Analyst or Business Improvement/Administrative role.
This position offers exposure to various areas of the business and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, analysis, project work, and monthly reporting duties.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.
Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various departments to understand their needs and provide support.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
System Support: Provide first-level support for business applications and systems.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and project plans.
What you will bring to the role: Strong understanding of numeric subjects such as mathematics and basic statistics.
Ideally, a degree in a numerate subject or equivalent relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, experience with Xero is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to different working environments, locations, and teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
Strong commitment to personal development.
Ability to utilise data-driven insights for process and performance enhancement.
Demonstrable experience in relationship and stakeholder management.
